The Council of Nicaea was the first universal church council the was held after the legalization of Christianity within the Roman Empire. This meeting was held in 325 AD and was chaired by Constantine the Great. In The Da Vinci Code Dan Brown claims that the New Testament was contrived by Constantine and that the true records about Jesus were destroyed, but is this true? Peri Forrester will discuss:

  • What happened at this council?
  • What issues were discussed?
  • Did Constantine write the New Testament?
  • What books were burnt?

Chris Stabolidis is a qualified lawyer and is a contract negotiator with BAE Systems.
